We aim to make delivery as smooth and reliable as possible for busy parents.

UK Delivery

• Free UK delivery on all orders
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Delivery is via Evri, taking 2–4 working days to arrive

Where we deliver We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. If you're based elsewhere, feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery updates Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please contact us at support@parentpicks.co.uk.

Missed deliveries If a delivery attempt is missed, Evri will usually leave a card or update your tracking link with redelivery options. You can also arrange to collect your parcel from a local ParcelShop.

Returns While we offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We will cover return shipping costs if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. See our full Refund Policy for details.
